Since our turkeys grew so well this year and are rather plump we are going to offer turkey breasts, thighs, drumsticks, wings, bones for soup and ground turkey. We have never done this before. Let me know if anyone would be interested in anything. This would give me an idea on how much of certain cuts would be more popular. So let me know soon. They will probably be processed by Thurs. or Fri.

Thanks for the response on all the turkey info it is a great help.
Now, our cousins Larry and Marilyn Wettstein just got their turkeys processed and they have some whole birds available in the 13# – 15# range. They go to the Evanston Market on Nov. 21st from 8:00 – 1:00 and then they stop by the Buzz Café on the same day Nov. 21st probably after 2:30. Feel free to contact them about a turkey.
